Mission Statement:
The goal of the South Shore Indians Baseball Organization is to provide the highest level of competitive baseball, while at the same time, paying attention to the development of the individual player. Our team managers and coaches can and must show and instill in their players a proper approach and attitude towards baseball to remain with the young player throughout a lifetime.

We aim to build character in our players, and show them that hard work and dedication are the keys to a successful baseball career that will lead to success in life. To achieve this, we limit the number of players enrolled in our clinics and on our teams.
