THE SOUTH SHORE INDIANS BASEBALL CLUB
In
what is hoped to be the start of many more the Indians organization
sent their 17/18 Team to a weekend tournament in Newburgh, New
York. The tournament was sponsored by Triple Crown Sports and
their were college scouts in attendance. The team consisted
of players from our Connie Mack team and Championship Mantle
team. They played four games against top competition and finished
11 out of 16 teams. Coaches Gorman and Herkimer and the players did an
outstanding job representing our organization. It is hoped that
this is just the first of many more tournaments for the Indians.
